Learner Objectives
- To assist the learner to play a meaningful support role in a team implementing and maintaining a SHE programme.
- This is a bridging course for junior SHE practitioners who have successfully completed GHSTC course and AHSTRACTÂ but who have little practical programme management skills and experience.
- Candidates will be able to assimilate relevant legislation and guidelines and motivate the application of proven principles in a SHE programme.

- Introduction to Swaziland Occupational Safety and Health Act, 2001.
- Philosophy of incident prevention
- Creating an awareness of the need for SHE management
- Understanding the human factor in health & safety
- Why and how to communicate on SHE matters
- Communication and management infrastructures
