Dr. General Ntshangase is the Managing Director and CEO. Fully competent and well recognised as health, safety, quality and environmental experts in their speciality fields of study and are practising in South Africa, Africa and overseas competing in the international market. Each one in our team has held senior positions in the past with international organisations from Senior Management to Board Directors. Gennda has abundant expertise in dealing with complex and hazardous work sites, innovative designs and construction of programs with calculated objectives. Our philosophy is informed by the collaborative manner and approach in which we plan, design and implement our services. By drawing on the diverse talents and skills at our disposal, we work to create and implement world class services second to none. Most of our labour needs are met through fixed term contracts.

Linda Ntshangase is the Finance Director and Chief Operations Officer – she oversees the Business finances & Logistics, Human Resources, and business Risk Management functions – Linda leads a strong and competent team of 5 permanent staff.
