Learner Objectives

  • Employees will be able to recognise and identify hazards in the workplace
  • Identify responsibilities of both the employer and employee and will have the knowledge on the functions of SHE representatives
  • Outline factors that contribute to accidents/incidents
  • Report all the various hazards in the workplace
  • Make recommendations to reduce risks in the office environment
  • Implement legislated requirements
